We are a small, well established, results-driven digital marketing agency looking for a smart, ambitious digital marketer, with a good knowledge of SEO, to build a career in our team. The Job
At 31, every member of staff is responsible for their own client list and due to increasing demand we are looking to expand our team. The right person will come in and immediately pick up their own portfolio of clients and be responsible for end-to-end projects. This will involve strategy creation, implementation, client communication and reporting, but most importantly producing measurable results for the client.
Working alongside the existing team for support, you will be responsible for creating and implementing SEO, content, PPC and social media campaigns. While we have defined and tested processes in place; you will be responsible for creating a strategy using them, other tactics you feel are appropriate or creating new ones in order to keep us ahead of the competition.
In addition to client management, you will also be responsible for managing relationships with existing freelance resources, and identifying new resources as required.

The Person
Must have’s
- At least one year of SEO experience in an agency or two years in-house
- Someone who wants to be social and fits with the people already here
Someone looking for a career
Comfortable communicator and a good level of written English
Google Analytics qualified
- At least one AdWords qualification
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Good organisational and project/time management skills
Based in Oxford

We are a small business, and that will only suit some people. It comes with its own risks and drawbacks, but it also comes with significant upsides.
You have the ability to have a genuine impact on the place you work and be involved in the decision-making process. You get the opportunity to shape processes, decide on tools, introduce new services, and even decide on the office décor! We can try and be more flexible, and the entire team will be like your family (we have helped each other move before). You also get the opportunity to do more and experience more of the process.
The flip-side of this is that more can be required of you, upward progression is limited as you will work for the owner (although people can come in below you and your responsibilities will grow), and as with any company some things will be determined by budget – the company ski trips will be a little while yet.
