We are a small, well established, results-driven digital marketing agency looking for a smart, ambitious digital marketer, with a good knowledge of SEO, to build a career in our team. We are looking for someone who shares our values, cares about clients, gets to know the people they work with and is looking to achieve something better every time they go to work.
At 31, every member of staff is responsible for their own client list and due to increasing demand we are looking to expand our team. The right person will come in and immediately pick up their own portfolio of clients and be responsible for end-to-end projects. This will involve strategy creation, implementation, client communication and reporting, but most importantly producing measurable results for the client.
Working alongside the existing team for support, you will be responsible for creating and implementing SEO, content, PPC and social media campaigns. While we have defined and tested processes in place; you will be responsible for creating a strategy using them, other tactics you feel are appropriate or creating new ones in order to keep us ahead of the competition.
In addition to client management, you will also be responsible for managing relationships with existing freelance resources, and identifying new resources as required.
31 has been around since 2013 and despite currently being a small agency, we offer bespoke digital marketing solutions to companies of all size across a number of sectors. Our client list currently ranges from small local businesses to large multinationals.

The flip-side of this is that more can be required of you, upward progression is limited as you will work for the owner (although people can come in below you and your responsibilities will grow), and as with any company some things will be determined by budget – the company ski trips will be a little while yet.
